sheetmetal part? flatten a rolled part?

need to take a 20" diam. hoop and flatten it to one long sheetmetal piece that will show the length of the material needed to make this rolled part.

I have cut a .005 gap for a seam, can this part be flattend by sheetmetal? How to do it? thanks.

I clicked insert bends after selecting inside surface no luck.

I think I have it. you just need to pick a linear edge (the seam)
