Any file created on a pc can get corrupted. DLL's can too. i have now specifics on how but they do.
Sorry I have no real help for you.
I think my template my have been corrupted.
I do an extrude / cut that intersected and i seem to have a inside lip left over or i guess in short it just didnt look right yet all the measurements were correct
-Any ideas or thoughts ?
-should just scrap that temp and make a new version
-If you look at the 2 tee shapes
-look at the inside contors where they intersect #2 looks like it isnt symetrical as #1 is
-Im i getting sloppy ?
-I am working in 64 ths should work in dec inch
- On # 2 it the lip did not show but seems to have cut a larger hole then defined
Also i have not done a fully definded scetch and have not had this issue before. When i measure my circles i use smart dimension aswell
-Any thoughts would be helpfull

Change your units from fractions to decimal and check the sizes of the 1/16 holes.

I do think my template went south on me. I tried with the stock part template and my measurements via smart diamension and snaped seem to be correct . Thanks for your input

In the example file, the 1/16 holes were different.
