    Posting animations ?

I just did an explode - collapse animation and have a couple of questions...

Is it possible to post the animation pictures in a thread like a regular picture ?

Or put the animation in a Word .doc ?

    Thanks

I'll reply to my own post...

I did figure out that you can save it as a .avi video and that works good. I can also export it into Frontpage and preview it in IE (but it doesn't work in Firefox).

I can also get the HTML file from Frontpage. I just don't know how to be able to post it or if that's even possible.

any advice from anyone experienced in this ?

    Thanks

Not very experienced, but, I would convert the avi to a gif file or a flash file.

You might consider zipping the file, as CNC Zone allows ZIP attachments of 8.5 Mb, compared to 500 kb for other file types - 500kb doesn't allow many frames of video or much complexity, unless the resolution is very low.

Thanks for all the replies and help. Yeah, the zip works, good thinking.

I think the best way for me is to upload to youtube then imbed it in my post. I've never tried that but I see youtube screens in allot of other posts here.

    Thanks again,

    Steve

Once you have uploaded to YouTube, just copy the URL from your movie and paste here in the post or reply window, like this:
