Need Help!- Solidworks Conversion

I need someone that can convert AutoCAD 2D into Solidworks 3D solids. Is there anyone here interested??? Thanks in advance...

...Why not post a .dwg, .dxf, or a .pdf of the drawing.
Someone may do the conversion for nothing, if it's a somewhat simple part.
Someone may also like the challenge or practice and do it for nothing.

If it's a complex drawing, someone may be willing to give you a quote.


I've seen quotes go for as little as $50 a sheet with a minimum of 10 sheets.
This was only to model the part, the detail drawings were extra.
Others will go for more, best to get a quote.

To attach a file, post a reply then scroll down below the "reply box" to the additional options section and there's a "manage attachments" button. Just click, browse, and attach.

Here are a couple of files to look at. One is the 2D autocad file and the other is the SW file of it. Hope this works.

Only the cross section dwg file was posted.

I'm assuming there's a squareish flange/boss in the middle there...

Scott is correct. There is not enough info in just the one view to build the model. Otherwise you end up with 2 pieces like this SolidWorks file.

I got the same thing. ;-)

I put a 2" hole thru the diameter, but there was no place to put the 1/2" radius on the inside.
