bolt parttern around hole

i am trying to create a bolt pattern around a large hole in my part. i need 4 screws tapped 10x24 around this particular hole and the screws are to be 45°from center at not on the 90° points. basically i want to screws to look like an X around the hole and not a + . anyway, i can make the hole, i can make the hole pattern what i don't know how to do is locate the first hole so thats its at one of the legs of the X. i can dimension the hole from the edge of the work peice but it really should be concentric to the hole.

any help is greatly appreciated.

You usea circular pattern sketch with 4 points.
The circular pattern can be affixed to the center of the big hole using concentric mates or you can use construction geometry to make a BC ring to fix concentric.
Construction line out to 1 of the points and dimension it at 45 deg to a construction line off the center of the big hole.
This is all done inside the hole wizard sketch1. So the Hole wizard uses these points for it's locations.

This is how I do it.

I make a sketch. Draw a circle using the hole for the center. Then draw a line from center of the circle to the circle. Then dim the circle and dim the angle of the line. The use the hole wizard to place the 10-24 where the line meets the circle. Then use the circle pattern to put the other holes around.
