Small problem with Solidworks 2008 auto trace

Is anyone else having trouble getting this function to work correctly? I just scanned two pieces I made on my CNC router last year, and I lost the file I made them from, so I thought I would try the new feature out. I can't get anything worth even working with in the auto trace. Any thoughts or settings that you guys are using to get better results?

change it to two color then retrace it without antialiasing

sorry for the delay in responding. You might want to reinstall the software or change your system resolution ( dpi, ect.. ) I find with Mcam I have to lower it so I can only assume SW might have similar issues although I have not experienced them. If you would like you can try to email them to me and I will attempt it for you
