Link Annotation Note To View??

I Am Trying To Link A Note To A Particular View But Can't Remember How To Do It. The View Has A Different Scale To The Other Views On The Sheet, So I Would Like To Add A Note To That View Which Is Linked To The View Scale.

Am I Wrong In Thinking That It Can Be Done?? If Not Can Someone Please Jog My Memory.

Does That Mean You Want The Font For That View To Be A Different Size Compared To Other Notes On The Drawing?

No, I want the text to be linked to the view so that the text displays what scale that particular view is.
