    Mirror Mates in Assy

I put a part into an assy then I mirror that part to the other side. I check the copy mates but it never works. Is there a trick to getting the mates to work?

Charles ya know. I have to say I've never been able to get mirror mates to work either. I always end up putting in the needed mates manually every time.. I'd sure love to hear what other's experiance has been w/ this..

Yup, tried the same thing the other day. Some of the mates were still functional, but the vast majority were broken or missing. I had to manually add them back in.....
