DXF Export of curve from SW is jagged... why?

    Hi,

I created a profile curve in SW that I want to send to my CNC turning machine... the curve is creates using spline curve tool, and looks fine.

When I export it in DXF it comes out quite jagged. I lose the smooth contour for some reason. Even though I've got the settings at the highest.

Does anyone know why this is and how to get a better representation of the curve in DXF?

    Thanks,

    G

Did you try to import the DXF back into SWX? If It comes back in smooth it might be the DXF translator on the CNC machine. Maybe try a different version(year) output from SWX. See "options" in the Save as dialog screen.
