    Flat Pattern BUG

Today I found a Major Bug in Solidworks resulting in the whole job being made wrong on the shop floor
For some reason Solidworks decided to add 53mm more material to the length of the part (See Attachment)
I have checked the drawing references and they are all correct with the correct file path.
If I start a new drawing and bring in the 3 standard views of the faulty part everything looks fine.
If I then try to make the top view a Flat Pattern it adds the 53mm......
The part was originally drawn longer on my Desktop, and then transferred it over to the Company Server and made the revisions (Shortened it)
Somehow it keeps wanting to revert back to the original size.
I deleted all the original files off of the Desktop so it is not getting the information from there.
    Any ideas?

    Andy
