Excel table

Is there a way to have a table populate notes,dimensions and tolerances
to a excel sheet and like the sheets that they are used on?

Have you looked into a Design Table or linking equations?

I am going though the help file now. That looks like what I need. If you know of
a resource other than the help file let me know.
