can solidworks create 3d art reliefs?

does anyone here know of a way to create the art style stl relief figures in the way that vectric aspire or artcam do? it seems like it should be able to, but i haven't found a way to design in solidworks in this manner. any help is appreciated. for reference of the part types i'm wanting to create, see either vectric or delcam websites or just look at the pieces available from vector art 3d or 3dvectorclip. thanks.

Yes, you can save your model as a stl file.
