    ibanez style lion claw trem cav

    Hi every one can any one help me im trying to draw an ibanez lions claw trem cavity on solidworks 2009 and its not really working can any one point me in the right direction or send me an example so i can see how to do it propley

    I did this a few years ago, and used an Extrude Cut along a path, I think.

    The Straight part was a Cut-Extrude, and the curved part at the back was a Cut-Revolve.
    Here's a picture showing the sketch profile and the axis of revolution.

    The revolve, although looks to be offset a bit, still has an ergonomic pinch. You may want to look at a path extrude and get a profile whos end remains tangent with an angle.
