    simultaniuos 3 axes machining

    Hello !!

We brought an used ENSHU DT (drilling and tapping center) with Fanuc OM control.

Actually my requirement is contouring and dt for smaller parts. For contouring I prefer ramping than contour programming. When I run the program it gives the error stating that 3 axes are nt possible.

I know there are parameters to change it to 2.5 axes to 3 axes simultaneous. But it is an old machine (say 1992) is it possible to change it, does it support with out any additional hardware support like controller card or some thing?

    Thanks

This is the SolidWorks sub forum. You'll probably get more help if you find a more appropriate sub forum.
