    How to keep my settings

Is there a way to set my settings I change in the options and properties to stay this way as a default? I have to change and check show cosmetic threads and always have to select third projection on my drawing properties. Also is there a way to get rid of the extra line it puts when smart measuring a radius when in a drawing mode?

Check the "help" menu, under drawing templates.

You have to create the drawing sheet format and template with all your settings.
Modify all the settings you need in your template and save.

Use this template for your drawing.
