You have to buy CAM software

ok, any good cheap ones
I have found a few that will import solidworks models and give you G-code for free. They aren't loaded with features of course, the one I found would only do a 2.5D milling in a simple side to side path, I think that one was called FreeMill. Search for "free cam software" and pick on that is the closest to what you need. To get any more specific we would need to know what kind of machine and part you are working with. If it requires anything complex you won't get it cheap. It looks like you mainly move x and y in your coordinates, and z only moves at the beginning, if this is just cutting an outline you may be in luck, there are cam programs that can do that for cheap or free. Here's a good list I just found.
