    Angry Drawings views wrong

    Hello,

This is driving me crazy. When I look at correct prints... the part views are like the part in a bowl and you move it in the bowl right? For some reason I can't get me views to do this with a drawing in solidworks. I did the first and third angle setting still no go. Weird thing is one drawing is right while the other is wrong. If you look at the drawing the top view should have a solid line to match the other two views. What am I doing wrong? Thanks

Stink the problem is that you did the "First angle/Third Angle" bit to the 'viewport' settings not the drawing settings.

If you take your drawing and right click on it, select 'properties' and change the first/third selection on this page. This should have the desired impact on your drawing.

Wow thank you. I knew it was easy.
