Need some Solidworks models

I am new to the forum and was hoping someone could help me out. I would like to find some solidowrks models of vehicles I am designing parts for. Specifically, I need a 2005 chevy silverado and a 2250 Manitowoc crane. I hope this does not sound ridiculous, but if anyone knows if these exist in the public domain, please let me know.

I'm new to this, can you take these models and change the size and modify them for something you want to make on a cnc machine?
