I have attatched a transistion that I am making for a company. I have made several transistions like this using other software. I would like to be able to use solidworks if possible. The problem is that I can not seem to break it into 4 pieces so that I can laser cut it and bend it. I have tried and tried to do this, but just cant seem to figure it out. The material is 14ga. Can anyone help me with this please.

So you want it in 4 pieces and will form. Did you want it tabbed and keyed for easier assembly, or would some overlapped flanges work and will you be welding, spotwelding or riveting them together? Sorry I don't have Solidworks but it should be fairly easy to layout in a 2d CAD program as long as you have the dimensions?
