When you look at chrome, what you actually see is everything around it. It's a difficult material to render realistically. Not sure what you're rendering with, but typically you need an environment for the chrome to reflect.
Are there any experts out there on rendering? I'm trying to render some bent 2 1/2" chrome tubing, Like a nudge bar on a 4x4 vehicle.
I ve followed a few tuorials now on this but still can't get any sort of realism.
Any one offer any help or advice.

Ger is right, but this is included w/ Photoworks and Photoview 360. They call them scene's or environments. You can put it in a large courtyard or a factory floor or your kitchen etc. I think if you really wanted to, you can make your own as well.
Photoworks is something that is very 'artsy' and fun to perfect [sarcastic here]. Do you have any pic's to show us what your seeing?
I've been rendering pic's for sales books for years, it's cheaper than setting up and hiring a fancy photographer etc etc.

Can you post the file so we can see what is wrong? My stuff looks great in chrome, and photoview rendering looks almost real.
