Solid Work PDF manual

I downloaded the Solid Edge 2D software and have been using it for a week now, and I like it better than several other packages I've been using for years. But trying to figure out a few things has been frustrating. I have contacted tech support and inquired about a user manual, they say sorry no manual. Then I ask if a manual for the latesr version of Solid Edve v20 would answer my questions and they say that they believe so. So I asked if it was possible to get a PDF user manual for Solid Edge v20. I get an ot of office automated email back saying that the person that would know is out of the office for a while. Does anyone know if a pdf file of the manual is included on the software discs or is installed on the computer during the software install? If anyone has a pdf file for v20 please contact me at yakfisherman@cox.net.

Thanks for the lack of help here, I was able to locate a manual at the University of Washington St Louis School of Engineering
