if i import a part how do i move the coordinate to xyz of my choice

In part enviorement? if so you just make a new coordinate (there is a tool fore that on the features toolbar), here you can key in the x,y and z values or use geometry from other parts.

When you have done this you can use "inset part copy" and you select the custom coordinate you made.
