    Text with solidedge

Hi, I'm new to CNC and solidedge.
I'm trying to rout out a clock face for a childs clock. I want to sit the numerals on the edge of the clock face circle, but I need to merge them into the circle so that I can rout out the face and numerals in one piece.
When I use the text function the text (and numbers) are placed in a text box which appears to be in a different layer to the drawing. How can I seperate the text as lines and curves so that I can merge them with the drawing, If you see what I mean!
Any help would be most welcome.

You need to do this in Ordered Mode. Start the Cut command, Insert text to face of part, and close the sketch. That's it.
