    Question Mill-Turn or Turn-Mill

    Can anyone tel me what the actual difference is, this is on 2008.

    Mill-Turn
    or
    Turn-Mill

    I did know this but I have been to sleep since then. I think it relates to whether the machine has a "true" y axis or not. If the machine has a Y axis slide the CAM needs to be Mill-Turn, if not then it is Turn-Mill

    Mill-Turn is for Lathes with 4 or 5 axis
    Turn-Mill is for 5-Axis Simultaneous Machining
