Ok new to solidcam, actually still deciding on which cam to go for, but I've tried this one, here's the problem

We're just trying to bore a 5mm hole, on a simple turned part, which I presume you use a Internal Rough Tool from the selection page (in the add Turning Operation bit)

When we choose select and then add tool, we given the options, so we chose internal Rough.

However we have changed all the geometry required, but when you do a Solid Verify, the tool collides, we have also noticed the width of the tool looks around 20mm, but we cannot find anywhere to choose a round boring bar or reduce the width (note this is not the 'A' bit in the tool geometry entry).

I believe this is causing a collision, in the past in Edgecam, we have been able to choose round boring bars.

note: We are new to this, only demo, but have liked it until this damn thing....
