Post Processor: how and were to load

Hi All,

I am using SolidCAM and Mach3 as my machine controller. Someone of the Mach3 site posted a SolidCAM/Mach3 post file. Where and how do I install it in Solidworks/solidcam to make this file work? Are there any other solidcam/Mach3 post files available? My soldicam defualts to FANUC.

Hi!

There would be a .MAC-file (variable settings) that also points to a .GPP-file (POST-processor). Both files should be placed at c:\Program Files\SolidCAMxxx\GPPtool and after a restart SolidWorks you should be able to pic a new deafult controller in SolidCAm setting. Or choose the new controller in a new job define.
