Tool starts and cuts deeper than geometry ??

Does any one know why when the starts it cuts deeper than the geomtry only in the very first starting point. It doesn't do it on spiral path. All other paths it does. Is this a cord system thing, a tool thing, don't know.

I used to have these sorts of issues a long time ago when using 3D milling. Switched to HSM and things improved no end. Also make sure that your Lower Level isn't set up too low.
