    Tool Wear Compensation

I am running SolidCam 2011 on a Haas VF2. When I want to use a sharpened endmill with a smaller diameter, I enter the difference on the offset page of the Haas, but the milled size is still off by the smaller size of the endmill. Is there a setting I need to turn on in SolidCam? Or is this a Haas function only?

you need to use the compensation in your technology page.
depending on your post it can be offset in wear or diameter offset.
