I posted a few videos machining some titanium today. 3/8" end mill with a .625" DOC and a 1/8" em with a .150 doc in some really narrow channels. Part is shown at the end of the video. I will post the exact specfics tomorrow when I double check the program but 3/8" was at 5500 rpm and 77 IPM and the 1/8" was around 9600 rpm and 45 IPM.
