    5 axis drilling

Hi Folks,I have recently aquired the multi axis drilling cycle and i am experiencing considerable difficulties getting any sense out of it.
I have lots of holes to drill that are on compound angles,I have picked their positions on the model and i have run graphics and all looks fine on my pc.
I have written the program using solidcam and sent it to the machine where it is doing all sorts of movements and drilling holes all over but not the ones expected.Any ideas on where i am going wrong anyone?

    5 axis drilling

You should check the postprocessor for your machine !!! The 5 axis drilling looks simple on computer but the machine must do all kinds of movments to come to drilling position and not to hit anything on the way there...So take a good look at the postprocessor ( if you don't want to spend money for machine repair) or get one from the reselers or authorized personal. It's cheaper !!!
