Post processor Solidcam Mitsibushi M65i control

Hi, I'm looking for a post processor for Solidcam and Mitsibushi M65i control. Would a Fanuc processor work?

Fanuc would be close I think, but have a care around some of the addresses in canned cycles. For example, is the dwell address the same in G04 - Fanuc it is X0. whilst in (some) Mit's the address is P0. Something like that can cause a lot of damage in the wrong place
