Hellou, is possible to generate output g code for helix in one line at HSM and HSS module?? I was trying to rebuild my gpp but no efect.

an example:

G6 G3 X pos Y pos I centr J centr Z pos K pitch

Look in your MAC file at the arc definition settings and try these

arc_exist = Y
arc_3d = Y
arc_3d_4x = Y

Hellou Bob, the mac file is set ok. I`m just trying to figure out how to edit gpp or where exactly. If is posible in HSS and HSM module make G output helix in one line.. I have a friend in czech rep. he was talking to solidcam support in czech r. and they told him thats impossible.. I think that it must work but i need a clue.

In HSS and HSM I think that outputting an arc in one line is impossibile as these modules are completely different technology to the rest of the package.

However, there is third-party software out there that will do the job after the code has been generated, namely "CNC Filter" from CIMCO
