Default Solidcam 2014 tool table setup and gcode template

    Hi,

I use solidcam 2014 and have a few questions. Normaly I use 3x_general machine and my own Woodrouter.tab tool library. On the machine Mach3 with XHC-card.

    1:
Altough I set my tooltable as standard for each paart the table is emty and I have to import the tools. Is there a way to auto set my woodrouter.tab as part tooltable?

    2:
The other is that I each time had to do some coding in the generated G code. I like to change this in the Gcode template.

    Code:
    %
    O1000 (16-10-116)
    N100 (COMPENSATION-WEAR)
    N102 (REV-0.70)
    N104 (DEC-20-2016-11:32:03AM)

    N106 (TOOL 1 - DIA 4.2)

N1 G90 G17 G40 G80 G00 (place here Z25 so tool is always at a safe height at start of program)
    N108 M06 T1 ()

    ***part program***

    N624 G00 Z25.
    N626 M05
    N628 G00 G28 G91 Z0 (Delete these lines with G28 or only have one G28 without coordinates)
    N630 G00 G28 G91 X-15.0 Y0. (Delete these lines with G28 or only have one G28 without coordinates)
    N632 G90
    N634 M06 T1
    N636 M30
    %

Who can help me with this?

I import the tools every time as well.

The rest you will need to edit the post processor. There is a free mach3 one here that might be a better base to start from: http://www.cnczone.com/forums/solidc...55556-cnc.html

If you search youtube for "solidcam post processor" there is some training videos on how to modify it for your machine.
