    Smithy 1240 reviews?

I have been tring to gather as much information and feedback as possible about this mill. I have plenty feedback about the Tormach but i am lacking feedback about the Smithy 1240. The advantage i see with the Smithy is the table size and travel. any personal input about this machine would be greatly appriciated and thanks.

Hi - I have a 1240 CNC - I use my own custom control running mach3. I'd be happy to answer questions. It's probalby better to contact me directly as I don't drop by this board very often.
I don't know where you are - but if you're in the San Francisco area I could also arrange for you to see the mill.
    Dave
