Change from Lathe to Mill

Hi all, I just got a used Midas 1220 today. Can anyone explain to me how to change from lathe operations to milling? It didn't come with a manual and I've heard its a pain to do, but I just can't figure it out.

Nevermind, figured it out. Not as bad as some made it out to be. Hope to be posting some pics of my projects soon as I learn how to use this machine.
