Does anyone know where to find straight line fonts. for smartcam 11.5
All of the ones i have found all use some sort of radius!

I don't know of any created using line segments instead of arcs. Will your machine not interpolate an arc? You could change your .smf file (Q90) to output line segments instead of arcs...

not sure what i have to replace (Q90) with .I do no how to change everthing but not sure what it is i am replacing?

If you run Machine Define, and open your .SMF file, scroll down to Question 90, "Use arc command". Set that to 0, "No, interpolate arcs using line commands". Any time SmartCAM encounters an arc when generating code, it will output line segments instead. Question 91 sets the maximum deviation from a true arc. Small values here will create more line segments.

or you can just explode the font into poly lines, no need to mess with code generators
