Memory sinumerik 3n
i can buy a old mikron wf3 c with a 4th axsis and a sinumerik 3n control.
the maschine is from 1984 so old. mechanical ok.
i want to mil relative simple 3d parts (ring forms) so i can make withe a relative smal maschine big rings.
-howe big (better say smal is the memory)
-is it possibel to mil in a DNC mode? from a pc?
-howe fast or slow is the control (block speed)
-was there already a loock ahead in this time?
i have experiance in philips 432 lathe/ bosch cc320 controls mil
programming is done in onecnc

Is it Sinumerik 3M.
If 3M than u can set bit 427.2 or 427.3 = 1 ( both u hv to try ) and perform reset / restart operation, procedure mention in comissioning manual.
