Post G 33 sinumerik cycle problems

Hi folks, I have a problem with the threading cycle control of a lathe with SINUMERIK 810 T, the problem is this, when I start the cycle is poised to start with threading passes but remains in that position and the cycle begins , the funny thing is I do it my way SKB does, do I program the internal thread to run smoothly, the problem has to do only external thread, the failure started suddenly after making more than 2000 threads. From already thank you very much and sorry for English.

I`m sorry but I do not understand your problem.
Do you mean when you start cycle the tool moves to start point and stays there?
Have you tried doing an internal thread since you got the problem with external?

First thanks for replying, the problem is as you say, beginning the cycle, tool change positions rapidly to start the thread but the machine stays there as if waiting for some confirmation, yes preciono SKB key and then start making the past but attempt to do it on automatic again does not make it. The G00, G01 ....., work perfectly, also probe the internal thread and it works, the withdrawal of the X axis makes negative positive only works but works in SKB, I did a full reset by removing the batteries and re-pass all the data but the problem persists. I hope you understand my question. Regards

The control is either waiting on the spindle at speed signal or the index pulse from the spindle encoder.
Most controls will let the tool move in fast traverse to the start point but then await these signals. The index pulse is only looked for when screwcutting.

The control waits for a signal as you say but how rare SKB mode does make a thread or whether encoder problem and yes it would be a board problem I think I would mark an alarm. And probe down the rpm but it gets to the point of beginning and there is thread.

SKB is working block by block, thereby being in control is read until the end of line then you have to press start to read up the next block, screw machine in this way but if I want to run in automatic waits block at the beginning of thread (G33 Z-33 k1). I hope you understand me. Thank you very much
