Need help with CNC Gildemeister CTX 400E (year 1994), the main spindle motor is making a horrible noise, so we change the 3 main bearings inside the motor, but we still getting the same noise special when the spindle runs in slow speed 300, I think it’s the main spindle drive model number (Siemens 6SC6608-0AA01), can anyone tell me what that problem and how I can solve it, and what exactly wrong with the main spindle drive (I tested the motor in a different machine runs good without no noise)

Sounds as though the amplifier card is faulty. On these ac drives when the amplifier card faults it sounds mechanical but is in fact electrical.
Not usually much you can do with them yourself.Find a good quality repairer to check it and quote for repair.Someone like I.E.S. in England.
