Hello all, This is Engineer Ayman From Egypt
I have a new center machine worked by siemens system
The problem is the Y-axis make a high noise during operation or if i try to move it by handweel, when I operate it I find it’s noise is hard and rough then the machine stop and the alarm No. 25080 appear
I took off the motor of Y axes from the machine and the system control it directly without any load there is no alarm also I lubricate the guide and screw guide and i can turns it smoothly but the problem still accrue,
If anyone have an idea for how to recover this problem, please don’t hesitate to reply me
