problem thread sinumerik 3

Hi, I have a problem with the threading cycle in my Boley. It doesn't want to tap from the cycle. Turning normally goes in automatic cycle.When I transcribe thread into blocks then after initiating automatic cycle the knife commute to the material and stops.When I switch to the single block then clicking every time I can thread item. After turning on the automatic cycle, it stops and does not want to move. Is there a parameter responsible for it. I have never threaded on this maschine before because I have bought it 4 months ago.

Maybe your motor controller (the z axis or the axis x) is not precise enough. Then the cycle can not be synchronized, so machine is waiting ..
