Newbie need information please.

Hi all.
I am new to the CNC world, and would like to build a cutter for foam wings as I am into R/C flying.
I have already bought a four axis controller card called FET4 from Stepperworld that I thought I could use. I have also bought four suitable stepper motors. Now the problem is that I have no clue as to what program I shall use to control the cutter. I have a application called CNC, but it keeps complaining about some missing clock, and the FET4 board cannot supply a clock to the parallel port. If anyone have any suggestion on what program I might use it would be most appreciated.
