Question Help With Prototrak Mill

we are trying to program our two axis prototrak to mill a punch
using simple g-code rather than the control. The machine takes
the code ok and converts it to trak languare but when we try to run we get an error concerning the arcs. We've going G01 TO GO3 TO GO1
TO GO3 TO GO1. what format should the arc been in R or I, J ?
A short sample of g code format for this machine would be helpful.
Thanks.
