bakersfield lathe mill

Hey im from bakersfield, CA and I have a design for something I am trying to develop and I need a CNC machine. I have been looking around to purchase one for myself but I was thinking of trying to make a prototype before I made that investment. If anyone has a CNC lathe and or mill in bakersfield and wants to help me out and let me cut a few parts please let me know when is good for you.
