Question EX 02 Safety Limit Switch Engaged FANUC 11 SERIES ON NTC MACHINE

A friend had me come out and look at the machine to see if he should buy it. He is just graduating from college and thinks it would be nice to have and it seems to be a great deal but we can't even jog the machine because of this alarm. The FANUS books do not show anything for this in the alarm books or anything. The guys have been fiddling around with it taking things off and such and got it to jump once but I told them to stop it probably isn't the answer.

Also I would liek to know how to PROPERLY enter code in lines when using the control system. IE what to hit to space lines and enter seeign it has no input button liek I am used to.

Thanks,

Epik
