Fanuc 0-2000M DC servo motor ??
Does anyone know any specs on these motors like what the voltage/amperage requirements are? I am trying to see what drivers I could use if I decide to do away with the fanuc drivers. The motor plate says the following:
Fujitsu Fanuc LTD
Fanuc DC Motor
Type 0-2000M
No. D-771719
Date 77 10 (this is october 1977)
Permanent Magnet DC Servo Motor

I can't tell you much about your motors,but I have a '79 Mori sl3a,with Fanuc motors,that I'm retring with a Centroid.They want to know all about these,and I'm having trouble identifying them to the dealer.The x axis is a type 5n-2000m,which fanuc says"what?" to..The z axis is a type 10 t2000m,and I get the same response from them...I need to know current,voltage and stall.Any help on this?Thanks!Also am looking for a freq drive to power the 13 horse spindle motor.
It is fairly easy to measure the Voltage rating, Torque (Lb-In/Amp), and obtain the different characteristics empirically.
I have posted methods here in the Forums a few times.
A search should bring it up.
