my new sidecar

just got this home 600 bucks came with drill chuck no key
but its painted NASA oange really pokes you in the eye
pealing in spots to
just collecting cnc servo drive equipment
bought 4 of them 50 VDC 2100 RPM SERVO MOTOR
2 have 5/8 shafts?
2 have 1/2 shafts?
trouble all ready

got to get

The E4 series from USDigital. 250 Cpr encoder
power supply
geco 320 drive



got seperately
Rotary table and a 6 inch vice 2" boring head
set of Morris taper #3 collets 3/8 draw bar hole though
machinje came with a 7/16?
will have to post pictures
just collecting now its cold out in the garage

its great to know what not to do
as we can play a game of Chest with the stepper motors that we have
all different sizes colors different Wires got a bunch of stuff all ready
I been getting liner guides from work that have been thrown away
for what ever reason

this is it

this is a picture of the mill I got
I picked it up in fort worth Ind and took it to lansing in a
ranger 230 miles
the repair shop called and said that my back axel is fixed
and come on in and lets talk about it I got good news and Bad
I just had them put new brakes on [:{ but the truck has 125,00
on it and I was dooing donuts earler
only look with one eye
stand is 3 X 3 1/8 thick wall welded 1030 mild steel

Hours: M-F: 8am - 7:30pm
Sat: 8am - 6:30pm

Sun: 11am - 4pm
I called and asked if they had one in stock and they said yes
shipping was going to be 168 dollars and it wasent to my door step
they said they have a hilo and can put in the back of my ranger

6 inch vice sides are ground square so that vice can be placen on its side
8 inch rotary chinese imitation Kitts said that if the handel is cranked
and cranked so that the table is rotated 760 dregees or more
eventually it will jam? any body hear of that?

I dont think you would be able to power one of those motors with 3 of them.

Take a look at the 10a 24v transformer or 2, maybe more from mpja
