SolidCam 2005 with Windows 2003

When I attempt to install Solidcam 2005 on Windows 2003 (work as
workstation)with SolidWorks 2004 (2005) installed on it I get the
message : The SolidWorks is not found on your machine.Does anyone
know how to workaround this problem? Thanx!!!!

Uninstall solid cam and solidworks. Install the solidworks you want to use, then install solidcam. I had this same problem. Are you running solidworks 2004 or 2005? I havent tried SOlid works 2004 with solidcam 2005, and honestly could not tell you if it works or not. also make sure you download the SP3 r9.2 Got rid of quite a few bugs.

I am sorry. I was incorrect. Open solidworks (whatever version you wish to use). Then run the solidcam setup and do a repair of the exsisting solidcam, and it will find solidworks. I just setup another computer, and this was the fix. sorry about the bad information before aghhh..
