Source for power supplies

What are some source for a power supply for a 20w CO2 laser? What should I look for in a power supply? Also were can I get lens and mirrors?

The fact that you can't see the beam is pretty scary. Especially when you have to bounce it around with mirrors to get it pointed where you want it.

True but this one is air cooled, so I will be able to mount it vertically so no need for mirrors, also you can attach a visible laser so you can "see" where the beam is going. I plan on wearing glasses ever-time I run it.
