Turret Index error at Tsugami lathe

how are u today bodyes..!
I have a problem with a Turret at Tsugami Lathe, does some body know how to index or put a cero position the turret..?
Tsugami Lathe NP32 , It use a Tsugami Fanuc Ctrl. I think it happened because the encoder was moved or replaced form its original position.
I really appreciate ur help body.
